Payment is preferred through PayPal, if you do not have a PayPal account it is free and easy to set one up and they accept all major credit/debit cards. The service is free and we will not charge you for using it.

We will accept cheques with details on the back but please understand that orders will not be sent until the cheque has cleared. Please make cheques payable to: Mark Hellicar

We will also accept bank transfers and postal orders please email us for bank details.

For overseas orders we can only accept PayPal, bank transfers or cash cheques.

 

Usually orders are dispatched within 7 days of receipt of payment. We will contact you if there is going to be any delay. Please understand that these items are all hand-made and therefore take time.We do try and keep most items in stock but occasionally we have orders being placed at the same time and as there is only one person making the items so it can take a little while.Please be re-assured that we make every effort to process orders as soon as possible.

Orders are sent by recorded delivery if the total amount is under £25 and will cost £2.Orders over £25 will be sent by special delivery and charged at £4.99.

If you are ordering from overseas please email us your order rather than going through PayPal and we will send you an invoice through PayPal with the revised postage costs.
